Cheese canapés from a DACHSER trailer
Plenty of photos and films were shot at the Schwyzer Milchhuus AG InterMopro stand, because the canapés offered by the Swiss cheese dairy were served for sampling on a DACHSER trailer.
Just like on a belt conveyor at a sushi bar, visitors to the stand helped themselves from the 1:50-scale trailer that did the rounds on the refrigerated display case of the Swiss speciality producer. Acoustic backup was provided by Alpine horn blowers, who unremittingly and unmistakably summoned the audience to come and sample.
The idea for this original product presentation was the brainchild of company owner Erich Reichmuth, who heads up the company in the fourth generation. For the past six years, DACHSER Food Logistics in Singen has been responsible for distributing the aromatic cheese and dairy products to German retailers. A long time – this, in addition to partnership-based cooperation, has developed into an excellent personal relationship that determines the success of today’s business partnership.
At its organically certified plant, Schwyzer Milchhuus produces traditional and innovative cheese products, above all excellent semi-hard cheeses as well as milk and fresh dairy produce. The company is especially proud of its own maturing cellar.
The InterMopro is an international trade fair for the dairy industry. It took place from 28 September to 1 October in Düsseldorf.
