Each of the 25 German DACHSER Food Logistics locations achieved results in the audits carried out from mid-2008 of in some cases higher than 95% of the compliance level. The International Food Standard Logistic (IFS Logistic):
The International Food Standard Logistic (IFS Logistic) is a requirements checklist for auditing all logistics activities that was published in 2006 by German and French retailers and producers. It aims to increase safety and transparency over the whole international supply chain. Food producers, especially of own-label products, increasingly require logistics providers to comply with this standard.
