Lufthansa Cargo confers an accolade on DACHSER Guangzhou
The DACHSER Guangzhou branch was one of three companies to receive a special accolade from its “Lufthansa Cargo” air freight partner.
Kevin Chen, executive director of DACHSER in South China, and David Zhou, branch manager of DACHSER in Guangzhou, proudly accepted the Lufthansa Cargo accolade: a trophy as recognition of the “outstanding cooperation and excellent support” throughout 2008.
Lufthansa Cargo is a leading air freight company offering international scheduled freight services and DACHSER Air & Sea Logistics’ major global air freight partner.
“Especially in times when there is no denying the effects of the financial crisis and the pressure from the market is high, we need to be able to rely on good cooperation with our partners,” says Phoebe Chan, regional manager of Lufthansa Cargo in South China. The global company is the number-one carrier for flights from Europe to Asia and was the world’s first airline to set its sights on the “Middle Kingdom” over 80 years ago.
Guangzhou is one of the 5 leading cargo airports in China. DACHSER has been active in the industrial city for nine years.
