Around 100 staff members from different countries are involved in the conversion process within the scope of “WIN”.

Successful integration in France

The time is ripe: After ten years of cooperation, “Graveleau, Dachser Group” becomes “DACHSER Intelligent Logistics”. Moreover, by the end of 2011, the already harmonized procedures are to be fully integrated through uniform IT systems and processes. Regular intercultural exchange among all concerned further promotes mutual understanding.

The structured process and system conversion at all locations in France, Belgium and Portugal within the context of the “WIN” (Wholly Integrated Network) strategy project is in the meantime a well-rehearsed and problem-free process. It is the final step in the full integration of the French subsidiary into the pan-European DACHSER network.

The integration of the staff is, meanwhile, not just a reality at management level: within the scope of “WIN”, around 100 employees from different countries have been involved in the conversion. Regular meetings, participation in integration programmes as well as on-site postings expand the professional expertise and intercultural competence of all staff concerned.

In the course of a precisely planned rebranding process, the former “Graveleau, Dachser Group” will from 1 October 2009 operate in the market under the DACHSER umbrella brand and utilize the claim “Intelligent Logistics”.
